Status: Phase Out

Objectives: To strengthen immunization coverage, GTA Foundation integrated a Zero-dose Immunization Tracking feature into Nepal’s Electronic Health Management Information System (eHMIS). This innovation was designed to track under-immunized children in real-time and support timely, targeted interventions.

Outcome: The system enabled real-time identification of zero-dose children, helping health authorities implement data-driven immunization strategies. Health workers could prioritize vulnerable communities, improving immunization coverage and reducing missed opportunities for vaccination.
