SAB Meeting for AMR & One Health

GTA Foundation and Henry Ford Health Global Health Initiative successfully held the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) Meeting for AMR and One Health on 13th February at Hotel Vivanta, Lalitpur. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Rajesh Dhoj Joshi, Head of the Department of Internal Medicine at Kathmandu Model Hospital.

The discussions underscored the ongoing efforts of the government, stakeholders and GTA team in driving One Health and AMR initiatives.

Antimicrobial Stewardship program targeting veterinary service providers and farming communities in Nepal, along with outlining potential future projects in the country were also discussed in the meeting.
