Orientation Program on the Paper-Based Inventory Management System

Group for Technical Assistance (GTA), as an Implementation Partner of FFCGN_FHI 360 Nepal, has successfully conducted an orientation program on the paper-based inventory management system across 11 sites including 8 HH sites, 1 AH site, Department of Environment (DoE), and Department of Food Technology and Quality Control (DFTQC).

The orientation aimed to build the capacity of microbiology laboratory staff in inventory management, ensuring more efficient laboratory operations. This initiative will contribute to effective inventory control, optimizing resources, and enhancing functionality within microbiology labs.

What's next?

We are now working on finalizing a comprehensive manual of inventory management for use across all Fleming Fund-supported laboratories.
