Continuing the Knowledge Café August series.

Continuing the Knowledge Café series, first launched in the July month as a platform to bring together health experts, policy leaders, and development partners, the August session was successfully held on 29th August with a distinguished panel of speakers.

We were honored to host Mr. Suman Udas, Program Advisor at the Center for Innovation Development, who delivered an insightful presentation on Climate Change and Health highlighting the multifaceted ways in which climate variability and extremes are shaping human health and well-being.

Complementing his perspectives, Dr. Manish Baidya, Disease Surveillance Officer at WHO, shared his expertise on Advancing Climate-Informed Early Warning Alert and Response Systems in Nepal, emphasizing the importance of timely information and preparedness in reducing health risks.

These sessions reaffirms the Knowledge Cafe's commitment to fostering informed dialogue and driving collective action on emerging health and development challenges.
